Oh how I love Sloppy Joe, and I love it even more since going Paleo. Tender ground beef with a creamy tomato sauce and a hint of sweet Barbeque flavors satisfies my all my inner stomach cravings.
This is a great little recipe on a budget that can feed your family and still have some left overs for work or school the next day.
It freezes beautifully, so make lots and put some in a Tupperware container for a delicious dinner in a hurry.
Cassidys Craveable Creations shows you how to make some excellent Paleo friendly buns to go with this recipe. I personally love baking some Sweet Potatoes and serving the meat sauce on top. But if you're in a hurry try just serving it on top of a few pieces of Romaine Lettuce to get that nice crunch.
This Recipe Makes about 3 Full Servings, I would recommend doubling or even tripling if you want some left overs for the next few days (or for the freezer).
