Perfectly seasoned with warm spices, this recipe from stupideasypaleo makes use of the vegetables you probably already have sitting in your fridge. Sweet potatoes, cauliflower, tomatoes, and coconut milk to add some creaminess.
4. Crockpot Curry Chicken Meatballs
This breaks away from tradition and makes use of curry spices into delicious, tender meatballs. If you're like me, you have a freezer full of ground chicken, and this is the perfect use for it. For this recipe use coconut milk instead of heavy cream to keep it paleo friendly.
