You wouldn't think it now..
But, it wasn't too long ago that I was carrying around an extra 40lbs of fat. And that fat brought baggage! I was depressed, under slept, overworked, and I was so very very grumpy.
I've spent the last 2 years on the Paleo diet and I've never been happier. It completely changed my relationship with food. I no longer look at food as something to stuff myself with until the next meal, but as a source of fuel and nourishment.
By making changes in the way I fed myself, my body began showing it's new love for me. I lost all that belly fat, my joint pain went away, I improved my sleep, and I doubled my energy.
Getting started is always a challenge, because the way you eat is so different than the norm (and there's soo many temptations out there). So this year I joined Paleo Cheer as a way to help you get started and share my experience and knowledge.
